Hitting the weights for the first time, want to see some gains & put on some size.

Just hit the weights seriously for the last 5 weeks, I've got a 6 month & 12 month plan, wanting to put on some size & looking for like minded people so I can gain diet & training ideas for both bulking & cutting.
