My turkey becomes potstickers with a spicy asian cranberry dipping sauce, a little of everything becomes a potpie or pasties, and the sweet potatoes become a cheesecake.
A turkey, cranberry, mayo, salt and pepper sammich on white toast is an absolute given though!
What do you presto changeo your stuff into?

For sure! My friend made one that had stuffing dumplings in it one time that was amazing.
I forgot to add I make stock out of the carcass and freeze it for soups and risotto later.
I also just saw a recipe for turkey flautas which I may have to try instead of the potstickers this year. Maybe a cranberry chipotle sauce to go with.0 -
I don't get too fancy with them. Pretty much just transfer them to excrement.0

@MisterRok - What if you braised that in a little red wine then spread it on a toasted baguette when you were done?0

There was some Thanksgiving poll in a holiday magazine I had that said more than 65% of people look forward to the leftover meals (not transformed, just a repeat of the original) more than the original big one.
That's my only problem with the leftovers...making sure I have enough to do stuff with after I eat the same thing for four days!0 -
Like, I could mack it for breakfast even.
Although, my friend made some awesome breakfast bowls out of her stuff one time. Basically all the goods topped with eggs, bacon crumbles, and cheese, then baked til hot.0 -
