Hi Everyone,
I've been on Weight Watchers since I was 21, and now that I'm almost 31 I'm ready to venture on to something better in my opinion.
When I was 18 and graduating from high school I weighed 380. I've run 15 half marathons, and one full. I'm hoping to do a full marathon in June in Seattle (where I live)
In the last two years I've gone downhill in terms of sticking to tracking food and exercising on a consistent basic. I think the reason I tend to fail is because of lack of support which I'm sure MFP and friends (here) can fill that void.
