Crazy how fast time flys. Yesterday it occurred to me that I will be turning 30 in less than 60 days and i still haven't lost the weight I put on almost 2 yrs ago..... I feel like I have been fighting with myself all this time and gotten no where. I have 15lbs to lose and can't get myself motivated for more than 3 days..... Any advise???

You just have to decide to do it. Until you really want it, nothing will change. Personally for me what finally kicked it into gear was a competition. I'm super competitive and of course I won the money. That jump started a 70 pound loss. But you have to commit and refuse to make excuses. Until you're really ready, you won't.

You make the decision and commit to it. Till you do, you'll wander around like a ship without a rudder. And 40 will be on you before you know it.
I've heard and seen this story with several new clients for many years now.

    Don't wait until you're 2 months off 40
