Fitbit Charge vs Fitbit Charge HR

I'm looking to buy a fitbit, either the charge or the hr but not sure which.
I have a samsung galaxy s5 to track steps etc on my phone but unfortunately at work I very rarely have pockets on my trousers to keep it on me to track this and I do a lot of steps (I'm a manager in a retail store so continuously running up/down stairs and on my feet at least 7-9 hours a day if not more)
After having a look at both the fitbits above I'm unsure as to what the price difference is covering completely and which is better suited to what I need so some helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Depends on if you need to know your heart rate or not. I belive that's the only real difference. Personally I don't need to know my heart rate and the reviews I read are that is not completely accurate anyway. I have a HRM I never use because it's useless info to me. The Charge does everything I need without paying the extra cost for the HR feature.0
