Hey fit family!

Ok. So I've been out of the fitness scene for 4 yrs. (marriage and kiddos) I know, no excuses. But it is what it is. I was an ACE certified personal trainer and amateur body builder. Being out for that long, it's hard getting back in, knowing where I once was and where I am now. But, I'm on the right track, and am looking forward to a new chapter in my life. I just cooked up my meal prep today. I cooked 5lbs of lean chicken breast, 5lbs of lean ground beef (tacos) and 4lbs of tilapia. And several bags of frozen broccoli florets and cauliflower, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, etc. and lots of brown rice. I feel ill be able to more so accomplish my goals with the meals prepped for me. But anyways, I look forward to meeting some folks and getting back to my old self, for me, my kids and family. Mostly for me though lol.
