Make it a habit

Habits are hard to instate. I'm posting a challenge to anyone here who has never been able to make exercise a habit. I am committing to moving 60% of the days of every month for a whole year. That's about four days a week. The trick is that it only has to be 15 but it can be more. I'm tracking my progress with stickers in a calendar book. I get to stickers for an hour workout. The last time I committed to 15 minutes of exercise for every day of one month I ended up walking 50 miles! If anyone would like to commit with me and have a help group, lets do it!!
