Hello my name is Ruth and I'm here to track my meals . I have been doing well at the gym for the past year but its my diet that's the problem.

    It's the old 80/20 rule; 80% diet / 20% exercise. Good luck - I have found it very helpful to track my meals here.

    Hi Ruth,
    I'm Jeff and I'm fairly new. I've been using the app to track my meals and operate with a kind of calorie budget. I've been on board about 20 days. I find the app keeps me accountable and more importantly makes me aware of my intake. I really like this tool!
