Over the past few years I have gained a lot of weight. Now that I am almost 40 years young its a little more difficult for me to shed the pounds BUT I am in this for the long haul.

I am a Christian woman and my faith is my strength. I am motivated by encouraging and uplifting others so if you could use some extra encouragement, friend me.

My fitness style is to do a series of challenges. It gives me a chance to try different exercises and switch up my routine so as not to get bored. I may do a workout routine for two weeks or use two weeks to meet a goal (ie build up to 100 squats). My challenges are not limited to just workouts, but also nutrition challenges as well.
