To all,
I started my journey the 3rd week in January of this year. I've been dedicated to logging in calories and exercise and I'm a much better person for it. Healthier, fitter and feeling more confident. It all started one day when bending over to tie my shoe laces and feeling like I was out of breath. Its hard, not easy and I've had my good an bad days, but I've been honest about calories even when I've gone over my daily limit. Doing this makes you accountable for what you in your mouth. I was feeling bloated, listless, and suffering with heartburn. I also had poor eating habbits including late night sancking. After the first 8 weeks I started to feel better, started seeinf results. I'm no longer weighing myself regularly. I don't believe that's healthy. I know I feel good and love that feeling now over feeling poorly and feeling worse for it. I would be happy to be a friend and motivator when possible. Also love feedback as well. I'm a positive person, appreciate a sense of humor. I'm located in Burlington, Ontario Canada. Happy to be a friend on Map My Ride as well if you have that app. I'm not a rider as much as a walker. Good luck and good health to all.
