Looking to incorporate weights into my routine. I am new to this so I was wondering if u could give me some advice on what to start with. I know I like machine over free weights if that makes any difference? Was also wondering how many sets and reps for each exercise also? Also how long should be working out for when doing weights? Thanks in advance and if need more info just ask.

I do 4 sets of 10 for each exercise.
Also how long should be working out for when doing weights?
45-60 minutes. Shorter if you get fatigued.0 -
