New Year's resolution 2015

This is the first time I stuck with my Jan. 1 resolution. I have successfully lost 50#. I started walking everyday working up to 3-5 miles at lease 5 days a week. My only exercise was walking and during the summer swimming. I set a goal of 1000-1200 calories and kept my calorie diary everyday. On Sept 9, I had a tummy tuck and I feel great. I will be 73 Dec.19 and after years of being overweight will weigh the same as I did when I married my husband 43 years ago. I love him for sticking with me thru thick and thin. ps - I plan on losing another 10# next year
