I'm 27 a male and weight 223 at 5'10". This is very much out of standard. I need to get down to a max of 185 or 22% body fat. I always pass my PT test and i am active. But i find it difficult to stay constant on my eating and exersising. I was 260lbs january of 2014 and dropped down to 205lbs through a weightloss group in 4 months. And have obviously gained almost half the weight back. I know everything i need to do but without the proper support i lack willpower. I could really use a few people to help me stay honest with myself and achieve my goal as well as your goals.

HI there! I totally understand where ur coming from. I have found it much easier to stick to my goals now that I have my MFP friends to motivate, support and inspire me. When I don't want to exercise I check in to MFP and when I see all the exercise posts from my friends i feel like " hey if they can do it so can I...". Having an open diary also makes me a lot more accountable for what I eat. I am always happy to help others stay motivated and cheer them on. Feel free to add me. Stay strong and have an awesome day!0
