You are not always going to be 5'9" and 120 pounds without trying. Oh, and it really annoys other people when you gain a pound and complain that you are getting fat. You are not fat. One day, after you have two kids and a host of surgeries, you will be fat...honestly and truly fat and you will realize what a shallow, judgmental woman you were at 20. Learn what it means to be skinny fat and stop being that. Learn to lift weights and learn to eat healthy portions. You might not think you need it now, but trust me, your 45 year old self with thank you.0

Truthfully.... the younger me wouldn't listen to any of the advice I would give anyway. So I suppose I learned from any mistakes or regrets I may have had....that is why I am who I am today. Without those I would be someone else.0
