150 Calories WHOLE MEAL - Blackened Tilapia, Salad & Asparag
COMPLETE MEAL
Blackened Tilapia (only 100 calories for a 4 oz piece)
Strawberry Spinach Salad (25 calories)
5-8 Spears Steamed Asparagus (20-25 calories --- 3 calories per medium spear)

BLACKENED SEASONING (enough for four 4oz pieces of fish)
1 heaping tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 heaping teaspoon garlic powder
1 heaping teaspoon onion powder
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 teaspoon leaf thyme
1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano
Mix the ingredients well and place in ziploc bag.
Heat skillet (cast iron if you have one) for about 5 minutes (only spray with Pam or lightly coat with oil).
Dredge or sprinkle (depending on the amount of spicy you want) fish and fry until done!
RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE - MY FAVORITE DRESSING!!!!!!!!!!!
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 oz water
4 strawberries
20 Raspberries
2 packages Stevia or Splenda
I threw these into a little chopper I have and pulsed until liquified.
Serve over spinach and strawberries. Delicious!!!
TOTAL CALORIES: 150 - UNBELIEVABLE!! (using tiliapia as my fish)

Thanks! I do! I cook a lot of low calorie stuff. In fact - no meal in the past 5 months has ever been over 500 calories!0

thanks for the recipe; i would suggest switching the splenda to honey because of its antibacterial properties and viscosity. but other than that, the whole recipe sounds just delicious!0
