Typical feeling of not having time during school finals..

Hello MFP,
First many thank yous for your support and existence. I have always felt like this was a safe and supportive community.
I am feeling lots of stress about the end of the semester.. I tend to isolate in the library and eat lots of food for "brain power" although now that I am tying this I cant see how a swim / vegetables wouldnt service me.

I think a lot of why I chose bad choices is because of convienance/ eating on the go/ to get through the day.

My plan for finals..
1-bring fruits and veggie snacks.
2- try to go for a swim once a week instead of 3 times
3- give myself a free pass if i need..but not more then is absolutely neccessary.

any other tips you guys have around time management and staying active with nutrition and workouts?
