138 trying to get to first goal of 128 then ultimate goal of 120.

I have never been successful on diet. I even gained weight after 3 straight months of weight watchers. I've signed up for mfp before zero results, I've food journaled, did couch to 5k and even ran a half marathon last year where I was eating so much I put on fat in the process. Now I am totally out of shape. In my head at age 41 I still think it's perfectly fine to eat two snickers bars and bravos for dinner in my car on the drive home. I know my problem is terrible unhealthy eating. So I'm here once again I made it to 9:44 and have only eaten 1 egg and a tablespoon of cheddar cheese. If I could only keep to 3 small meals a day if I could only not feel hungry all the time :( if I....blah blah blah. So I have some strong motivator incentives planned. So. Goal 1 is ten pounds. Goal 2 is 8 more. Just to see if I can really do this. I'm not grossly overweight but I used to fit in a 4 and now can barely fit in an 8 so my clothes don't fit and I am very doughy and soft I just want to feel like myself again
