I decided to start Insanity again after my most recent visit to the doctor. I completed the Dig Deep Fit Test this morning. Anyone else in?

    I started on Monday - shocked at how badly I did at fit test :( did plyometrics (I think ) last night...

    I started week 3 yesterday. This is my 4th time doing Insanity and I am still in love with this program.

    Thinking about starting again. Get super frustrated when I can't "do it the way I used to". Would love to get some motivation to keep it going. This would definitely help
