New to myfitnesspal

Hi, I am new to this site and hoping that it will help me to lose weight! I am hypothyroid and would like to hear from anyone that has had luck using this tool to drop pounds and keep them off. Happy Sunday Kat

    To be honest all this app does is track what you ate. You have to be responsible and consistent in doing so, so at the end of the day you are the one who is trying to reach a goal. But other than that this app helped me track what I ate. It's beneficial to me

    See if you can find a hypothyroid group. MFP is great at logging food, but you might need other people to guide and motivate you
