A friend turned me on to MFP awhile back. I was in good shape then, after losing 90 pounds on my own. so I used the app rarely.
Now I'm finding myself falling back into my old fat boy habits. I'm starting a fresh new workout plan and giving a cut-off time for daily calorie consumption.
I'm 42 and don't want to be unhealthy in my old-timer years.

Cut off times are vital I find, for me personally0

It really helps. It also makes that sometimes undesired low calorie breakfast more desirable.0
