No Idea what to do! 2nd shift workers assemble!

Ok, so I work second shift (3pm-1am) I am in Tech support so i sit down most of the day which really sucks. On top of that my biggest thing i do for fun is PC game at home which includes more sitting down. I try to run/ jog a mile or two a day and as for my diet that's all up in the air. I guess what I need help with is working 2nd shift I feel like it gets in the way of a workout schedule, is there any 2nd shift workers with kinda similar schedule as mine that would list their routine so i can get a pretty good base to one I will make.
