I've been on and off MFP for awhile. And, until yesterday (when I finally got all my personal sh** in order) I hadn't been using my app. With Jillian Michaels book "Making The Cut"and following the food plan given and my exercise habits, I'm going to lose those stubborn 16 pounds that crept up on me this year.
I even dumped half a bottle of pinot noir down the drain. That's how serious I am.
