HI. I'm Amy 30 years old live in south central PA, USA. Wife for three years and mother to 9 and 2 year old girls. I had MFP for over a year lost about 30 lbs (and kept it off for the most part). I haven't been on in a while. I am starting over and looking for friends. Empowerment, encouragement, and self esteem are the main tools along this journey.
