Dropped Calorie Goal *finally* Need Support!

Hey all! I just started up again after MONTHS of eating whatever. I started out last week at 1650 calories as that is my TDEE maintenance amount (according to http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ ) so I'm going to start at 1442 calories for weight loss. My %s are 40% carbs, 20%fat, and 40% protein (I have naturally really high cholesterol and need lower fat). I've gained back 10lbs or so since April/May not tracking (though I've managed to stay pretty active thanks to my 8mo old puppy!!)

I know it's going to be hard in the beginning and I need help! If anyone wants to add me PLEASE I need support!!!
