Losing weight is easy, it's self control that's hard!

Ive been battling weight all my life, I've lost and put on so many times I've lost count! Weight loss is the easy bit but self control is the part I fail at lol. Here for another attempt and also to offer support in any way I can. I'm fully educated in losing weight and dietary needs to accomplish weight loss goals but I need to work on the whole "self control" side of things. Any help is appreciated :)

    Pre-plan and pre-log your meals in advance, then use the scale to measure the amounts you already planned.

    Takes me under three minutes to plan my entire next day (except for a few hundred calories I leave in case I want a snack). Having meals already planned out makes it much easier to stick to them.

    A planner is definitely something I need to do. My most successful weight loss period was when I had my meals sorted every week. Thanks!

    Yeah I have found that pre planning makes a massive difference. When I don't plan my meals everything goes wrong!
