Today I start looking for low calorie version of my holiday favorites. So by the time Christmas gets here, I'll have everything that I need to be successful. No more surprises during the holidays!

I'm not sure if this will answer your question.

If you are logging Cardiovascular exercise, the extra Calories earned are distributed to your carb, fat, and protein gram goals each day according to the percentages for each. In your Food Diary, check a date that you haven't logged Cardiovascular exercise, such as tomorrow, for your daily goals for carbs, fat, and protein. When you look at the Reports red goal line for carbs, fat, and protein, those goal lines show the actual gram goals without including the additional grams earned for logging exercise.

Edited to strike out the answer to the original poster's question before the OP edited the post and deleted the original question. The original questions was why the carbs goals each day were different from the goal's showing in the Reports screen.
