I'm training for drum corps right now, and I'll be auditioning for the bluecoats in less than a year. I'm trying to gain muscle and lose a little fat, and am mostly focusing on HIIT and strength training, due to the advice of Mike Mathews, author of "Thinner, Leaner, Stronger". I need acountibility partners and people to train with, and welcome advice as well, especially from other DCI kids!
