December 2015 Weight Loss Challenge

Hi, All!

This is a follow on from the November 2015 Weight Loss Challenge. It works the same way: You set your own goals, then weigh in each week. (Feel free to change the weigh-ins to suit your own schedule.) Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals may be. You don't need to have done the November challenge to join in December. (In fact, you can join at any time.)

You will copy the form below, and paste it in a new reply, adding your own information. Each week you will update in another new reply.

    I would like to do it. I don't see anyone else filling out the form, so I'll wait until the first also. That will give me an excuse to weigh myself for real tomorrow morning - I guesstimated for the "current weight" when I joined because I just couldn't face it. :( But if I have a challenge and I'm doing it, it will be easier.

    I've been using MFP on and off for a while now. Mostly off to be honest. I've never really stuck with it. So here's to actually being held accountable to becoming healthy. I'm all in on this challenge. Looking forward to the motivation and support it will bring!
