EASY Breakfast - 3 cup cereal (Low Calorie & Filling!)

Options
1 cup cheerios
1 cup raw blueberries
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened @ 30 calories per cup) Or whatever milk you like.

Total calories - 213!

It is filling, and it was easy for my to put the cereal and blueberries in 1 Tupperware and the milk in another for me to take to work and eat at my desk when I get here!

I absolutely love recipes like this. SIMPLE ingredients to buy, affordable (breakfast for the entire week cost me $12) and EASY to package and take to work! It doesn't seem like much when you read it on paper, but once you get it in a bowl it looks much better! I'm having a hard time finishing mine right now!
