Thighs and ab toners

I have a lot of small weights, including a 5 lb kettlebell, an ab roller, thigh toner (one you sneeze), slendertone for abs, my inclined treadmill, I also do simple exercises. I need to put on weight, but through muscle building. I been upping my protein and calories and started doing squats again and still continue to do my cardio. I was seeing if anyone has a slendertone and when is the best time to wear it. Before or after workout? And can I still tone my thighs by only doing 1 toning workout like just squats and some running/walking at high incline? I just want to stick to using 1 simple toning workout and hope to see results or do I need to do multiple ones? I can get lazy with my abd and will wear my slendertone for 40 minutes each time and wear it until I feel like I had enough but want to know when is the best time to wear it. I want to tone my abs, thighs and butt and by doing something simple. Need advice. Thank u.

Slendertone is a gimmick and is not effective for toning. To tone you need to do actual resistance training. One toning workout will do nothing for you. A full body resistance training routine 2-3 days per week will.0

I just no I'm more worried about my thighs, butt, and abs and can be a little lazy doing full body. But can squats tone my inner thighs? I use to do a lot of them before my weight loss and I have seen a little results with my slendertone.0

Side lunges can help with your inner thighs.
I don't know if squats normally hit that area much, but ones that are more like plies in 2nd position ballet would. So quite wide feet and turned out more to the sides.0 -
