New to community based in UK

Hi all,

I've been using MFP on and off on my mobile for a while now, but haven't visited the community before.

I'm based in the UK, have 2 boys (10 and 5) I struggled to get my weight down after having kids, then got diagnosed with an under active thyroid and diverticular disease.

Have managed to lose 16lbs really slowly since Jan 2012.

Hoping joining the community will give me a bit of motivation x
