Any Muslims brothers and sisters here?
What're your goals and plans for Ramadan 2013. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting that Ramadan=weight loss. I'm just saying that weight loss is a great secondary objective to have for Ramadan.
From today through Ramadan, I'm opting for at least 1-2 Kg a week...
And I'll be working out after I break my fast. I can't work out or do cardio without water.
