High protein, lower carb, plenty of exercise and a smile on my face :)

Hi All,

26 year old male currently weighing 19st 13lbs. Beds/Herts/London.

Have dropped just over 4st in the past two and a bit months and just want some new inspiration and ideas from other people's food and exercise diary's to see how they're achieving their goals or alternatively if anyone ever wants some help or advice just shout me. I openly share all my info and hope that others have the confidence to do so as well.
