Hello Everyone,
Today is the day I have had enough procrastination. I refuse to go up another size in clothing. Did this once before with another program and was successful but trying to do it without paying money for a program this time. Money is tight!

My Fitness Pal (MFP) is great. Just log everything you eat. Make some healthy changes along the way. Measuring portions and logging food teaches you so much. These are handy skills for keeping the weight off (permanently).
For workouts (not necessary for weight loss) but great for fitness and health. Find an activity you enjoy doing. If you are using MFP as designed, log the exercise and "earn" extra calories. Calorie burns are estimates, so many MFP users just eat back a portion (say 50%).
