I am on Contrave, and have been for about three months. It took 5 or 6 weeks for it to kick in, but have manage to lose about 17 pounds in about 6 weeks. Thanksgiving really set me back. The next day, I had gained almost 4 pounds and it took me 3 days to get back to where I was the day before Thanksgiving.
Regarding Contrave. It does not eliminate the need for self-discipline and will power. It is still hard, but for me, it makes it possible to make wise choices.

Ditto. I am eating a quarter of what I used to. I am just less hungry with it, but it's still up to me not to eat garbage.0
