Hello MFP World,

I am considering doing my first figure competition here in the spring. Anyone out there need an accountability partner or have any words of advice? Any help is appreciated :).

    I started prepping a while ago - slow and steady!

    What feds/comps are you girls considering competing in?

    I'm still deciding if I'm going to compete this spring/summer. I dieting down and using how I look to decide when I'm ready to step on stage. I'm looking for motivation from people who are doing the same thing. Dieting to lose fat and retain muscle is so much harder than just dieting and getting skinny.
