Calorie Cycling

I want to hear opinions. When bulking is it best to eat the same number of calories on workout days than non workout days or is it better to eat more on workout days and less on non? Should I be looking at each day individually or at a weekly average. I am new to bulking and I have seen both ways done. I am just curious what others think.

Kind of personal preference. I haven't seen any studies (not saying there aren't any) that would suggest one way is better than the other.

for me it is easier to just eat the same number of calories each day. However, as @psulemon said it is personal preference.

I personally need more calories on workout days. I feel I need it. Also lifestyle may come into play and make it easier to have low and high calorie days. Just make sure you get your calories in by the end of the week.

I go an extra 75 calories on good weight lifting workout days....half that if just doing cardio.
