Paleo or ketogenic diet??

I have been doing the paleo and ketogenic diet for a couple months now along with working out 3 times and the weight is coming off. Just wondering if anyone has done these diets and what are your favorite recipes.

    I don't do many recipes, more combinations of whole foods. ruled.me has some good recipes for keto.

    For me, meat, dairy, and egg recipes are easy. I have dozens of them I used before keto. It's the keto baking where I needed the most help.

    I finally have a great Reese cup fat bomb and hopefully will perfect my chocolate cheese cake this weekend.
    Reese cup recipe
    100 grams kerrigold butter
    100 grams coconut butter
    Stevia vanilla
    1 cup macadamia nuts
    1 cup pb2 powder
    1 3.5 ounce bar lindt 85% dark chocolate

    Melt half the fat with chocolate bar
    Melt half the fat with PB2 powder
    Sweeten each half with stevia to taste
    Fill molds 1/2 way with chocolate
    Break up macadamia to about 1/4 or 1/8 the size of a whole nut and put in each cup
    Fill rest with peanut butter
    Chill and enjoy

    I do keto but I'm not paleo because I eat some dairy (cream and cheese mainly).

    I mostly eat the usual foods, but just cut out the carbs.
