Ready to get this weight off

I recently had back surgery and am ready to lose weight. I understand if you eat healthy and exercise you will lose weight. I lack the motivation for the most part. I am also a very picky eater. I am not big into veggies or most things in the seafood section. I would appreciate any ideas of good eats for a picky guy. If there are any workouts that are good to do at home and are somewhat fun please let me know. I don't want to spend a fortune on exercise videos. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

    I hear you on being a picky eater... Makes it very hard to lose weight. I don't like seafood, vegetables, or much meat. Lol I guess my problem is that I'm a carbacholic! I can never go low carb... But I know it works great to lose weight. All I can do I count calories and try to cut carbs when I can. Good luck !
