Oooh he's a good one. How about @VikMcAnik too? He's a super supportive friend here. He's worked incredibly hard to change his entire lifestyle to better his health.

For @Kasner1975, overcoming a devastating accident and subsequent injury that was life threatening....um ya that is the epitome of a fitness site I'd think.

Actually the tree tagged here (@ejinvt included) (I don't know @DWBalboa) all demonstrate consistently what I think a fitness site should be...supportive, life altering and dedication.

Wow I sound like I'm making a speech. Haha in conclusion....world peace!
