My names Nathan I just got a gym membership today I wiegh188 lbs and am trying to get to two twenty five. My plan is to go very other day one day do upper body then the next day do my core then my legs then the fourth day would be a full body workout. I'm looking for some pointer on what kinda protein shakes and exercise apps I should get and some pointers
