Getting back on track after pregnancy

I'm really struggling getting back to losing weight after having my baby. I feel like I'm starting from square one. I really WANT to stay within my calories, but I'm struggling with snacking/mindless eating and I keep pushing myself hundreds of calories above my goal (I have it set to 1lb/week loss).

I'm eating like crazy because I'm burning about 1500 calories a day pumping (I exclusively pump for my baby), but I just can't get full and stay full. I'm hungry ALL THE TIME!

Any ideas/advice/recipes/tough love would be much appreciated!
