Ok so ive seen the posts about jiggly fat but thats not what im seeing. I dont believe it is just loose skin either as ive not lost that much yet. But around my hips to under my belly and my inner thighs look droopy like sagging pants or something. Only looked like that for a couple of days and i really havent lost much last couple of days went up a pound after thanksgiving. So question is what is it and is it normal?

Everybody carries their fat/loose skin differently.
I'd say - continue doing what you're doing. Your body is going to change in many ways.0 -
As you lose weight, and especially if you do it quickly, your skin might sag a bit as it doesn't tighten up as quickly as you lose. Think of it like a balloon that has been full of air for many years and is deflated. I looked a bit droopy for a while as I was starting maintenance, but look much better now that I've been lifting weights for almost 2 years.0
