Hi Everyone,

A few years ago I was able to lose 30 pounds, but I went about it in a fairly unhealthy way due to lack of knowledge (under eating and over-exercising, and then bingeing...a well known cycle for many weight loss people). I took a year off to break the cycle and now I am ready to do this the healthy way.

I'm ready to take the slow and steady route for lifelong change. I look forward to my body reflecting the inner athlete that I have become (plus the fat rolls and plyometrics have become an uncomfortable combination!)

I look forward to getting to know all of you more in this journey!
