Thanksgiving leftover recipes

Hi all! Any recommendations for recipes that I can utilize for my thanksgiving leftovers?!

    I can't imagine leftovers from Thanksgiving would still be good...

    Of course leftovers are still good! Typically as long as it is not over a week, you are good to go as long as you heat stuff up good enough. You could throw whatever you have together for a casserole of some sort, with maybe a few minor additions like extra veggies or whatnot. We still have tons of turkey and a little stuffing.

    My grandmother would wrap up the leftover Christmas turkey in a brown paper bag, stick it in the back of the refrigerator, and bring it out on New Year's (a week later), so that the one bird could serve both occasions. (Money was tight. My father was one of eight children, and his parents would bring home a pint of ice cream as a big treat for the family to share.) No one ever died from eating the turkey.
