2nd Day here

Hi everyone it's my second day on here and I'm trying to lose weight as is everyone else lol. I am a 20 year old male 250+ but don't seem too look like it. I posted cause I could use some support. Thanks for reading I appreciate it.

    Welcome! Good job on coming to MFP and getting started. We can all use more friends. Feel free to add me if you like. I try to be supportive and non-judgmental unless you start starving yourself or doing some crazy fad diet, then I'll ask what's up.

    Hi, ive lost 60lb in 4 months, and MFP has been a great tool to use. I couldn't have done it without it, especially in the early weeks. Basically what i did was work out my normal calorie requirement then eat under that per 500 calories a day per pound i wanted to lose (ie i needed 2500, so to lose 1lb per week i eat 2000 cals a day, 1500 cals a day to lose 2lb a week etc) log EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth and don't go over your daily cal limit. Do this and the pounds will fall off, you can do it. Oh and don't eat after 8pm. I didn't do any extra exercise until id lost 30lb then i started going for a walk on a night for 45mins to 1 hour. Keep at it
