I've tried MFP on and off and now that i'm actually making friends and getting support from other people, I feel like I can get on and STAY on the right path
About ME:
My name is Chloe, I'm 23 years old and looking to lose about 100 pounds. I have an almost 5 year old and a pit/lab mix which really makes me run when we jog together I HATE fruits and veggies but I'm getting used to them...and maybe even starting to like them. But my BIGGEST problem, SODA I can't put down my diet dr. pepper. I attempted to go cold turkey and ended up with the shakes and a terrible migraine. The doctor that I worked for told me that because the amount of caffeine I take in daily, that was dangerous for me. So for now, I'm trying to wean myself off.
I'm looking forward to making some friends and getting to know everyone!

hi! i'm beckie, i'm 28, and i've got about 25 pounds left to lose after losing 65 already. i have a 9 year old and a 4 year old. i still have a problem with caffeine, but i've been able to wean myself to 1-2 cups of coffee a day, and maybe 1 diet mt dew a night on the weekends (i'm a weekend night nurse).
it's really hard when you're basically drinking your allotted calories. try drinking water for every soda you drink. like 1 c soda, 1 c water. or if you don't like water, try the crystal light stuff. still gives you only 5 kcals.
