So I got this app a couple of weeks ago based on someone saying it was better to go with their estimation than MFP. I am a weekly weigher, but I went back and added ALL my weights starting with April 19 when I started with MFP this go-round. I just started weighing daily this week, so there are two "extra" data points in addition to the 33 weeks (start weight & 32 weeks of this new WOE) I had in there. I've lost 53.2 pounds since 4/19. But since Monday was only -0.2 and today was exactly the same as Monday, it's telling me I should reach my goal of 130 (that's just a rough goal, will decide for sure once I'm close and judge how I feel) November 27, 2017.
What? HOW is this a better estimation? Will it get better with a couple of weeks worth of daily data?

I'm a Libra too...but I'm not sure I understand your post?0

When it was just weekly weights, it would bounce around a bit, but would tell me my estimated time to reach goal would be between like July and Oct of 2016. Now that I've added two daily weights it's suddenly telling me it'll be Nov 27 2017 to finish. So 2 more years to lose 78 pounds when I've lost 53 already?0

I think you need to give it more time to "learn" you.

That's what I was wondering. Silly, though, that changing to daily weighing would make it suddenly ignore all the weekly weights for my "will reach by" date. I'll just keep plugging along and see what happens, and in the meantime I will enjoy seeing MFP tell me that I'll be 5 pounds lighter in 5 weeks for most of the days I complete my diary.
