Exerciser here...Looking to lose 10 pounds by calorie counting!

Hey. I already exercise daily. Trying to lose weight by keeping in a 1500 - 1600 calories range! Need motivation! I am a very busy mom of 3.

    This is a great place to start even for keeping track of calorie intake and also a lot of great people to help support. Drop a friend request and ill do what i can. Congrats on making the effort and actually taking initiative.
