Hello! I had a funny thought about my own choices today and that got me curious:
If a food you enjoy gives you gas (or any tummy trouble really), do you avoid it altogether or modify when you eat it to make it work?

I take OTC simethicone, as needed. Works just fine.0

Depending on what it is I'll take a couple of Beano capsules first and as above take simethicone (Gas-X) after as needed.0

If I take a good quality acidophilus capsule with foods that tend to bloat me, I fair much better. Hope that helps.0
